Norma Rosenhain founded Creata in 1973. A former school teacher and musician, Norma's love for children and her remarkable creativity gave her a unique understanding of the premium market. Under her vision, direction and energy, Creata has now grown from humble beginnings into a world class full-service marketing and manufacturing company. Today Creata has over 450 employees spanning 13 countries. For Norma, Embrace International was a perfect extension to her corporate work with children and her desire to invest back into China - specifically into the lives of some of the world's most underprivileged and needy children. With Embrace International being founded by the Rosenhain Family, it is her desire to see Embrace partner with many organizations and individuals who, together, will make a significant impact in the lives of not hundreds, but thousands, of orphaned and abandoned children.

Bringing intrigue, fun and joy into the lives of children is a dominant facet of Creata's day-to-day business. Daphne's former career as a secondary school teacher and administrator in Sydney made for a relatively easy transition to the world of a promotions agency some twenty years ago. Key highlights of Daphne's first decade with Creata were the adoption of Happy Meals in two countries - Australia and Hong Kong and the roll-out of locally produced Happy Meal toys for Brazil. Daphne's organizational skills, her ability to liaise with an expanding supply chain network and her commitment to ensuring on time delivery of safe and reliable toys, helped to cement the success of these programs. The second decade bought Daphne to Hong Kong where the focus has been on the expansion of Creata in the Asian region as it serves new global opportunities. More recently, Daphne has actively engaged in raising funds and increasing awareness specific to the projects originated and fostered by Embrace International in addition to other charities supported by Creata and Embrace.

Michael's leadership of Creata's supply chain and his 16 years of leadership within Creata provide him with a diverse experience across all facets of the business. His intimate understanding of the McDonald's business also makes him the natural choice to lead the McDonald's account within Creata. After serving as Group Administrative Director for 5 years, Michael was promoted to CFO in 1998. In addition to his role as CFO, Michael also served as General Manager, Creata Australia and New Zealand between 2002 and 2004.
